Other: Out of Empereur Erics 155 games 97 of these have been with Savorlamor, about half are in team games, but in other types of games there seems to be alot of support between the players so that one of them has a chance of winning.

Clearly then there is chat away from the game by his own admission. I think a suitable solution will be to stop the two of them being able to play games together other than team games if this is possible.

Ah, yes. Seems like secret diplomacy. Even if they didn't exchange PMs about the game, they're brothers, so they could easily chat in RL. Blocking seems good.

Although it is very easy to suspect 2 brothers to "favor" each other in any non-team games, we still have to look for evidence of suspicious plays to help us determine if there is a secret diplomacy or not. In this game, 7780839, I find that small portion of the chat too weak to support the claim. It is more like another player, yellow, took a chance in the game and didn't worked out as he hope it would be. This is cleared.
