that case you were talking about the accused had enough reason their to support those ratings, now would I have reacted and rated that way given what I saw in the chat and in the game, No, but it could have been interpreted to him as justifiable.
However in this case there are numerous ratings that aren't. I will give you an example, spy got a horrible rating and some nasty tags that were completely untrue in the 1 game that they were in spy won the game so how could he be a deadbeat, and how can you be trustworthy and a backstabber..
This is a prime example of someone either not knowing how to rate or rating this way for vengeance.
