I started a fiver person World 2.1 game that these two joined, they are very obviously in some kind of alliance as they are leaving their mutual borders unprotected and not attacking each other. I checked on the recruit and all the games he was in, Cornelius Hung is also in and the only two that finished he has won. I checked the logs of the finished games and the other games they are both in and they are doing the same thing. This is the first time Ive ever reported anyone so please excuse any mistakes I've made.
