I suspect someone of a multi but they haven't played in a while, should I still report them, incase they might come back.

Another thing about them, is they are deatbeat-multis.
They deadbeat then they come back, so I don't know.

that doesn't matter, if you report someone and it isn't a multi, you won't be kicked off the game or something, just fill in te form wit the names of the accused ones and see if they are
