Verbal abuse - Multiple Use of F-words, Insult to low rank players

Brann loves jumping on lower ranked players and beating them, all the while firing off self-congratulatory messages about his strategic genius. Eg., he's a colossal dumb ass. That said, the game chat you posted is pretty innocuous. "Man up, foe and move on."

rabito has been playing risk with me outside this game, and he really does know these coquering tactics. Recently, i introduced this game to rabito, and i think its not really good to just accuse him of multi.

brann2006 is the joke of cc.

I appears that this complaint might have been filed in response to the complaint filed against you by Brann2006.

We don't moderate the game chat unless it is severe abuse. The chat you are complaining about would be considered mild at the worst.

* Sometimes you will find yourself in a game with an annoying player. If you do not like their comments in the chat or their playing style, you can add that player to your foe list. Once on the list, you will no longer have to read their comments, and they will not be able to join future games with you if you joined the game first. To modify your Foe (and Friends) List, check out the Friends and Foe Page.
* If a player's comments do not violate the rules posted below, then do not ask a moderator or administrator to intervene when a player annoys you. This includes curse words and foul language. They are allowed on this site and would be too difficult to moderate every one.
* After you are eliminated or the game ends, you will have the opportunity to rate your opponent. Use the ratings and up to 4 tags to describe your opponent and warn/encourage future participants.

As far as finishing a turn he has 24 hours before he misses a turn. There is no rule violation here.

He's not gonna miss turns meaning to. He is only stalling in hopes that you will end up deadbeating. Most high ranks who only care about points will do that. It's kinda lame, but they let them get away with it.

He is a joke. Just as most higher ranked players. (No, I'm not saying all higher ranked players, but most. There are some respectable players out there with high ranks.)

Holding other users captive is against the rules. Seeing as in this game Brann does not have the upper hand and not just wasting time to hold rabito in the game he is technically not doing anything wrong. He has 24 hours to take his turn, and yes you are correct you will see some players do this in hopes that they can outlast their opponents and get the victory.

Not really anything we can do about that.
