Comments: This person continually bated other players and was verbally abusive through this game for no reason. Given his behavior I am sure he has behaved this way before. He became especially abusive once he was loosing. While I plan on giving him a poor rating for behavior, I believe he needs to be spoken to before the behavior escalates.

we take a very liberal stance here on CC. Please refer to the community guidelines if you have more questions on this ruling or what is and isn't allowed. But as I said we don't like to step in unless gross abuse has occurred in game chat or ratings abuse cases. This is not gross abuse.
