Comments: The entire game, chevy98520 and VincentVega555 left their borders unprotected towards one another. Vincent (based in Europe) never tried to break chevy's hold over Africa, even though after chevy took over Africa he left North Africa and East Africa completely unprotected. And why, if you had taken over a continent in the first place, would you leave your borders unprotected when you have a cache of soldiers sitting on a neighboring territory? chevy left 6 soldiers in Brazil to protect against an attack from me (from South America), but he did not protect North or East Africa from Vincent.

I have checked the game 934972 and it seems they left their borders open because their attention were somewhere else and, as chevy98520 mentioned, he could counter VincentVega555's attack if he would attack chevy98520's border.

I have also checked if they are multis with one another and they are cleared from it. As for the secret alliance, since they rarely play each other, an alliance is also hard to prove here.

Nevertheless, this is the second report against VincentVega555 for having a secret alliance, but with a different player.
