I examined it and I think its probably more of a case of green being a newbie idiot.

Probably yes. PC9 probably notices that green is going all out to kill you and decides not to attract his ire.

Thanks for posting this, but as you know evidence from one game is not enough to warrant a block. This is a case for negative feedback if you have nothing else to go on and you still suspect them at the end.
