Abuse and Cheating process help question

Postby ast16 on Mon Aug 20, 2007 6:04 pm

I'm playing in a game (699404) and a player (death_of_nations) is accusing me and another player of cheating and is boasting that he's gotten us both banned. I think he's lying, but I wanted to double check on what the due process is, as his claims are obviously untrue. Thanks,

Andrew

If you can still log into your account and post, then you aren't banned. Also, virtually 100% of the time you will receive an email if you are blocked from playing with certain members or busted as a multi. We have the option of not sending a notification, but then is generally just used if we need to clear one punishment and apply a different one (it prevents getting 3 simultaneous emails.) So if you got no notification you can generally assume that the person is lying. If you can post and join new games then he/she IS lying.
