well, I think in this case, the important thing is, is that there is no rule against suggesting cheating....in the other cases there are multiple laws and statutes and policies covering conspiracy, etc. so it just doesnt apply here as directly. not to say he cant be banned for being a griefer, which is explicitly against the rules. He wont have to go much further to be guilty of that.
Further, in the real world, it is often distinguished when someone is saying something in jest, and means it to be obvious that it is in jest, with no actual intent ever meant or implied. Also, the stakes in the intelligence community are higher than in here. Worst case scenario in here is he gives a guy some points. So, its just more reasonable to let him do so, before wasting on any time figuring out if he actually intended to do so, or was just trash talking. In the game chat it seemed like it was trash talk. If he didnt post it in the forum, I would have assumed thats all it ever was.
As for the last word clever, all Ill say is this: You may be right here, and if so, kudos for pointing it out. I was just keeping you in check because it seemed like a personal vendetta for a guy who messed with you in the chat of a game. Given what you did to the guy who simply complained about the dice, it wasnt a hard assumption to make, but in any case, if you did this just to protect CC from another cheater, than I am sorry for thinking otherwise, and my posts.
