aatt was Busted with memo511 by AndyDufresne on 2007-08-05 but I think the others should have been included as well. I'll ask Andy to look into that again.

And STOOOKER already has a history, seeing as he was busted, then upgraded and then blocked with someone else already.

So, the final verdict is pending for now.
