I was detected as cheating while a friend of mine played my account to keep me form deadbeating when I didn't have computer access for a week.
The only games we had in common were private games which I set up where everyone knew I was gone and that he was playing for me until I returned.
Because of this detection I had my premium membership removed. I responded to the email and I also used the contact form to leave replies but so far no one has gotten back to me regarding this.
So I thought I would post here instead in order to see If I can get a response.
