You need to show games where the instances occurred. Also the comment really does not prove much. It may be proof of something such as an ego trip or mind games but it does not look like cheating or abuse.

What is in question? The part advising for specific examples or the part about the comment. The comment used as evidence of abuse or cheating about being everywhere and nowhere with the laugh seemed like an ego trip to me or a mind game by acting like a evil villian.

NodLoyalist is an old friend of CC's who got banned. He is now popular for making alt accounts and "trolling". One of his alts made this post just to create more work for the admins. It's a fake report.
