Offense: blatant disregard for English grammar.

It's "its" not "it's" you ^*&%#$&*!

Drives me nuts when people get it backward. "It's" is a contraction for "it is." The possessive "its" is not a contraction, and does not take an apostrophe. In the expression "its usefulness" the possessive sense is obviously meant.

My grade 3 English teacher Mrs. Graham would have broken so many yardsticks across your knuckles that you would never walk again!
