They have played 15 games together with richi_rich1206 winning them all. They never speak in game chat & take turns one after the other. While I hope I'm wrong here, the one game that made me pull the trigger on this report is the one above which is a freestyle game. All turns are within seconds or minutes of each other, never at the same time. I was going to join one of richi_rich1206's tourneys where you can pick your seed. lexib1999 joined but never said what seed she wanted yet she was placed in a seed not in any order. This also raised a red flag. Again, I hope I am wrong but unfortunately I don't think I am.

If not a multi, it's almost certainly secret diplomacy.

After looking at their walls, they may just be brother & sister playing on same computer. Either way they should let the mods know about it.

It appears quite clear that user i_am_cheri_too knows the two of them (perhaps she's their teacher, since she's in education), so that would probably be an excellent investigative starting point. But if they are two different people, they should probably be made aware of the problem and potentially blocked.
