obvious time wasting

Yes on the possible multi, seems weird but on the whole not attacking. I do that in occations (mostly in escalating cards games) where if I attack I am going to lose, so I build an army somewhere and wait for the bonus to help me out. But on the other hand I don't play many doubles/triples games. But when done correctly I believe it is rather effective. But on this it doesn't seem to help a strat at all.

There is in fact nothing wrong with waiting a long time to take your turn. While it may frustrate most of us, not everyone in the world is addicted to CC and check's their account as religiously as some of us do (looks around for wacicha)

So, I'd say, let them play, but dont think that was one of the options in the poll.
