breaks South America before breaking Asia?!? wtf! This person either has to be stupid, vindictive, or in a secret alliance.

If you feel these two had a secret alliance in your game, feel free to leave the appropriate ratings for them.

I have checked if they are multis and they are not. This also happens to be their first game played together. So this could also be a matter of difference in gameplay. We would need more than one game that involves the same players with suspicious moves if we are to establish a secret diplomacy between them.
