How long does it normally take for a response

Just wondering, cause in stuck in a game with the player right now and i have been missing my turns

Pretty quick but you need to fill in the "official form" at top for them to investigate.

why are you missing turns? even if someone is found guilty of having a multi account, they are still allowed to finish out all games.
