Okay, and you know for a fact that the other person is town, right?

Yes. Unless when the role and information was given to me it was mixed up by the mod then the one I am tied to is town and the knowledge I have is separate from that Also keep in mind I was checking my conditions as I am trying to answer and provide as much info to town without violating them given the consequence of doing that. And thanks for the extra work in trying to do so here Sonic ;p

I appreciate that you're going about this as smoothly as you can (if true). May you name the one you're tied with? May that person name you? May that person name himself?

Credible that 2 players die if Devante lynched.

Don't think 2 towns

Don't think 3p and mafia

Think 3p and town.

If town think probably ew or maybe rag.

Think town has to bite the bullet to win.

Ultimately I'm 99% likely to vote for a Devante lynch D2.
I don't think I'm the townie most likely to take the bullet so maybe easy for me to say.

Makes no sense. If I was 3p and getting lynched then why would I care if another townie died. Your gameplay seems scattered this game and I don't like the rabbit holes you've put us down. Won't vote for you yet but am definetly adding you to the scum/3p potential list

3 fates interlinked.

Devante killed strike

Devante is 3p

Townie does if Devante dies

Town (or mafia) can't win if 3p alive.
Devantes disclosure and interplay with sonic only makes sense if Devante 3p

That's why

You’re reaching friendo. This is either playing to your role at this point almost would say your likely more 3rd party then scum, scum would be quiet or agreeing to get as much info as possible or kill two townies with a town lynch so all I see from you at this point is unnecessary chaos. Also not to mention getting defensive. When you’re not even on the chopping block. For those reasons and earlier posts

I've put forward a hypothesis, piecing together the little I know from the mainly flavour information available to me.

Reaching and hypothesis are pretty well the same thing at this point.

Sonic did say all the clues are in what he has posted.

If that warrants votes on me so be it.

I hate it when people are not allowed to say what their role does or is on punishment of death.

Weirdly enough, I'm coming around on Dev too. If Dev is not town, there's plenty opportunity to lie about a role, even if Dev wouldnt know what roles others have. Being so insistent on not being able to claim anything else is towny for me. Icing on top is the omgus towards Loose, feels genuine.

That being said, does your role have a positive utility too Dev? Will you at some point be able to publicly help town with your night actions, be it by announcing something yourself or by it being announced by mod?

There's something complex and cryptic in D1 posts between sonic and Devante D1.

There's also the complexity of Devante not being able to claim ????

In sonics last game there was interplay not known to town, so maybe but it's the over complexity in the open that's put Devante as 3p to me.

Game started Wed Oct 15 (D1). N1 happened on midnight Oct 31 (so D1 was 16 days).

D2 started monday Nov 03.

Deadline D2 is set at November 17th 19:57:59 PM NEW YORK TIME ZONE.

Shocking murder events have marked November 17th across history, each leaving a distinct and unsettling cultural imprint.
The most infamous of these came in 1957, when police entered Ed Gein’s isolated Wisconsin farmhouse and discovered evidence of grave robbing and murder that would profoundly influence American horror fiction.
Realizing the extent of the crimes, investigators reported objects fashioned from human remains and signs that Gein had attempted to construct what he called a “woman suit.”
It was a case so disturbing that it inspired characters like Norman Bates, Leatherface, and Buffalo Bill across film and literature.
Known crimes of November 17th are not limited to the 20th century, however.
Earlier, in 1795, the hanging of William Smith in Sydney became notorious both for its brutality and for the public’s reaction to what many saw as a disproportionate punishment for petty burglary.
When we move forward again to November 17th, 1971, we encounter the Alphabet Murders —an unresolved series of killings in which each young victim’s name shared initials with the town they were found in.
Observers noted that the pattern of initials suggested deliberate selection, elevating the case into one of the era’s most haunting unsolved mysteries as ach victim was killed in a similar method, and their bodies were discarded in or near a town or village whose name began with the same letter as the victim’s names.
Legend and true crime documentation continue to revisit each of these dates, examining how they shaped collective fears and public memory.
From the rural farmhouse to the colonial scaffold to the quiet neighborhoods, November 17th remains a date marked by chilling history.

I think a guy called Ed Bowel killed Carmen Colon, is there an appendix to the story Sonic?

Am aware of PR I am tied to just not who holds PR. Again this is separate from any other knowledge I have of gameplay settings.

A second 3p ?

SoN!c wrote:CHAOS AGENT:

You’re not with the police. You’re not with the mob.
You’re here to watch the world crack — to push people’s buttons, spread suspicion, and make even the innocent question their own memories.

In noir terms:

A professional interrogator turned rogue.
Maybe ex-FBI, maybe freelance “consultant.”
Maybe a brilliant, manipulative profiler with his own twisted code of ethics
Your methods were too extreme, so they cut you loose… now you play both sides.

“I don’t lie, Detective. I just let you hear the truth you fear most.”

Role Overview

Alignment :Neutral (Independent)
Codename: "Lecter" — A former FBI behavioral analyst turned rogue consultant.
Goal: Survive until the end while ensuring at least one faction loses unfairly (trust collapse, wrongful conviction, or false confession).
Specialty: Psychological manipulation, interrogation mastery, and manufactured evidence.

“Empathy is a scalpel. Use it gently, and the truth bleeds out.”

Strategy

Early Game: Subtly steer interrogations; ask questions that make emotional guilt stand out.

Mid Game: Use Distortion to make an innocent appear deceptive, or swap guilt cards to cloud the Cop’s reads.

Late Game: Drop your Fabricate Evidence bomb right when trust wavers.

Endgame: You win if doubt, not proof, defines the outcome.

Example Role-Play Lines

“Tell me, Officer — do you enjoy confession, or merely the illusion of control it gives you?”

“Guilt is not the same as responsibility. Some of us wear it as fashion.”

“Ah, but if the truth destroys trust, was it ever worth finding?”

or is it Kingm a 3p ? former Cop ?
