you have "unpassable" in the lower right hand corner of the map. That my friends, is not a word. What you are trying to say is "impassable."
And yes this does bug me enough that I refuse to play the map until you fix that.

Dynamic Map
I remember someone mention they wanted to create a dynamic map, something that would change after each round. Something like a wall in the British Isle, except every other round it would attack the opposite round.

I disagree with this more than I can express in words. It doesn't matter if you came in 2nd or 3rd, you still failed to achieve victory, and you should be treated exactly the same as all those who also did not win. I don't think it is necessary. It is just one more thing that would run on the server. Each one of us has a clock on our computers, and each one of us can change the time displayed in the game log/chat to our own time zone. It may be legeal, but it's exploiting a weakness in the coding. It's not really withine the game of risk.
