Seriously. I have been away from the site for nearly a decade due to life reasons... I was shocked to see this still in Beta. Such a great and unique map. The fact that it hasn't made it out of Beta makes me doubt my thoughts of reviving my Abandoned map idea.

Which is a shame.

So after a many year hiatus, which seems to be the way of things, I am very sad to see the state of the foundry. Easily my favorite part of CC... My graphic and coding have improved so much in the meantime, I could easily repolish my old map out of recycling, if there was a community to talk about ...

Still one of my favorite maps Dolomite. I like that each game is a completely different experience. The one issue that I have come across is bad dice on your first couple rolls can cost you the game if your opponent is able to build a quick bonus... While dice is unavoidable, is there any ideas ...

I agree with general heads points, and look forward to what that will produce. Could I suggest a version which combines the colored castles with the generals images. I think it could look good.

The genetic identifier is technically what makes a player the alien race. It is used as a required territory to access the lazers, it cannot attack or be attacked it is a place holder similar to special ability spaces in Krazy Kingdoms, if that makes any sense. I disagree also with colored canon balls... all puns aside its gonna look pretty bad. I would suggest renaming territories with canons (i.e. Mexican Canon #1; Texan Canon #3, etc.) in them and then placing colored flags with the canon number in it for the targets.

Here are a few things that have been going through my head about this map.

I didn't read everything (sorry) but I didn't see any mention on the map itself of any +1/3 (minimum 3) bonus. I assume their is one as there in an absence of any note saying otherwise. You really don't need mention it ...

Cyrus, i'm impressed where you have taken this. Well done from design pov.
I do however, have to say that i am having difficulty reading the text...perhaps a drop shadow or outer glow that helps contrast the green on blue/balck/grey
I also have to ask, why are there only sea routes highighted when ...
