I would support this suggestion; however, I would rather this be an check box option with initial troops/special game play. That being said, i think there are more important suggestions/improvements that would take precedence over this.

Not sure if i am the first one to spot this, but in Game 10892303 orange is to receive 3 for holding the west coast when he doesn't have Senegal. BOB highlights the other 5 territories of the west coast for the bonus, but not Senegal.
