I've been fooling everybody saying this was a manipulation to get an extra card, when in reality it is all about manuipulating the colors of the cards...

So you are a real person... and I thought that post came from a random SPAM generator hooked up to a CS 604 textbook. Granted, it was more ...

The dice balance out in the end, but they definitely trend. Which is to say that the dice implementation on this site is NOT random.

Can you explain to me why I shouldn't think that someone who takes the time to write several pages of shit on uses of the CLR and GDI to defeat a PHP site isn't simply showing signs of sexual frustration?

What are good tools for coding GM scripts?

What does everyone here use to write and debug JS for GM?

Anyone try to integrate FireFox client script debugging into VS 2005?

I'm not suggesting a different generator, I'm suggesting getting every die from the generator and not de-randomizing it with a shrinking list of dice rolls.

As an example, picture this:

You pull a line out of the file at random. That line has 5 numbers, A1, A2, A3 and D1, D2. Even if (big IF ...

The dice are based on high quality random numbers from Random.org. The numbers are read from a large file containing columns of numbers from 1 to 6, in the format A1 A2 A3 D1 D2. When the dice are rolled, the game engine reads a line from the file and discards it. The appropriate numbers are used ...

If it that important to you, there is are nifty devices like alarm clocks and mechanical timers that function nice and don't even require the computer to be turned on to work.

There are also various board games available in cardboard that would not require you to turn on your computer and spare ...

I only have 21 games active but way too many other things going on...

Seriously though, couldn't we build an add-on for this without that?

It might be difficult without this parameter on the page. I'm not an expert on Grease Monkey, but I think opening each game to find out when the current ...

Suggestion: New column for expiration of turn on My Games

Suggestion:
Add a new column to the games list on My Games that shows the time current turn will expire.

Specifics:
Grease Monekyers can refine that to more dynamic displays, but the time of expiration would be the key.

Why?:
I have too many games and not enough time to play all turns in ...

Stopping someone from saying something that you do not want to hear is the heart of fascism. You are within your rights to not listen. You are a fascist if you take steps to stop someone from speaking.

Now, shut the f*ck up!

BoB version 1.2 problem explained

Link to a hopefully universal fix:

It's a good idea to uninstall whatever previous version you have first.

Apparently there are 2 version of XML floating around. Some maps use the <country> tag and others use the <territory ...

I'll play for Putin and Abramovich. They might be rich and smart, but they know nothing about Risk. :)

Add me to all 3 - 1v1, 4 player and doubles for Lukoil.

Btw, how will the maps be chosen? If my vote counts at all, I'll put in a vote for World or Age of Merchants.

See, Wild_Tiger, I'm not the only one to suspect your clear American typing! Put a little Dutch accent in it for decency, at least.

Wait, you and I move just like he says in our doubles freestyle games... does that mean... NO... I couldn't be just your alternate ego! I'm depressed.

Feature suggestion

Here's an idea on a compromise to using the cards in the strength formula. Use the number of cards a player will have next turn and the probability that they will be a set.

CardMod:
1 card = 0
2 cards = 0
3 cards = 3/5
4 cards = 4/5
5 cards = 1

The full formula would be something like ...
