I reported this because to me this looks very much as a secret diplomacy.
The actions to "not attack" was taken before the chat says so. And even the chat to me doesn't really show any kind of truce.
I will accept any ruling in this case ...

As soon as we do not know the total number of players we have no idea when the tournament will start. So for the first round the freemiums might have to wait until one of our games end. 3 days are not enough ...
