If someone is influencing the scoreboard in a negative way (vague enough to handle case-by-case), admin remove that player from scoreboard for that month. It ...

It has been ruled before that holding players hostage only applies to freemiums.

I like 1/2 of highest score as a minimum. Very simple and easy to calculate.
12 months doesn't work for a person, like me, that quit and came back a year later.
Why doesnt it? If you came back, and you score has been 1300 every month while you were gone, it is still 1300.

What about a min starting level for years played? 800 year 1, 1000 year 2, 1200 year 3, 1400 year 4.....
