The original game has jokers to make sets easier. If possible, this would be a new spoils rule, adding X joker cards to the spoil cardset.

Im not sure if this can be implemented without having to reprogram every map, but it would be great to add another layer to the game if these crossing rules could be put in;

naval crossing-units crossing to another territory by a naval connection roll one less dice when attacking.

Stumbled onto this map the other day. It would be far more interesting if colonies were the only basis of bonus armies, and set at +X for X colonies while holding a colonial empire home territory.

The standard 'hold all of region for' just doesnt apply for the colonial theme.

I have to agree. I'm glad there is a comprehensive response and policy in place to deal with abusers and I thank you for your work in busting him, but to not clean up the mess left behind them at all is disapointing.

How hard is it to delete those comments? Heck why not code this in when dealing ...

Ah did not know that wrinkle. Look at his ratings left for other players, he tanked 2 other players from that game with single stars and multiple tags, all unwarranted as well. So its just a matter of time until he does hit 5 ratings abuse examples imo.

And of course I foed him.

Ive been playing this quite a bit recently and have won it twice iirc. I find that each player having a barbarian tribe skews the action to the west where they congregate, so if a player starts in the east with a tribe, and can take control of large portions of the east, the rest will be left ...

Some games devolve into a static grindfest where nothing really changes and everybody stacks and takes 1 region over and over in the hopes that someone else will lose patience and make the first move/mistake.

Looking at the map for the first time, joined a game withit.

Immediate concern is all the +2 autodeploys in the south east...someone gets ahold of those and they will be nealry impossible to dislodge.

And why no +1 for a single capital?

The autoassault has a bad habit of defaulting to the first option alphabetically. Twice today this meant I attacked a neutral and followed up into a dead end without realizing, messing with both turns severely.

Here on Conquer Club, the term "victory condition" is applied only to special situations apart from the "remove all opposing players from the board" method, ...

You do realize the incongruity that not all victory conditions are treated like that, given that the standard victory condition is 'remove all opposing players from the board' and one *can* do that as a team?
