Re: Forbid new recruits from voting in polls

the "foundry council" already exists in the form of the mods and the people who give out the stamps. the entire point of the competitions is to make it a democracy where people not in power get the opportunity to have a say in what maps they play.

and this is a great idea.

Re: Win Rate Suggestion

good idea, and well thought out too
although your points sort of also take into account how many more difficult games you won
but the calculations would make it a lot easier to tell, esp if you want to know the difference between a skilled noob and a 3year vet who just played thousands of 2v2s

Re: Official: Central America Competition - Round 2!!

#3's revamp wins in a landslide victory! only thing is the pyramid could be a little better, maybe slightly less fuzzy?

though i do like #5's small bonuses map in the bottom left.

Re: OCEANIA MAP (UPDATE Pg1 & Pg4 - poll open! )

the lines within australia could look a little less like ms paint, they're too jagged and dont fit with the flow of the map.

Re: Consolidate map list [Done]

this has made it a pain for new players to choose different maps with ease. i agree that it should be an option in your personal settings.

Re: Official: Central America Competition - Rd 1 over

for the new one:
a. the background could work better with the territories
b. the key could be more natural
c. the beautification on the territories could be less jagged.

Re: Official: Centerscape Competition - Round 1 over.

i think 4 could use a theme.

maybe 3 could be quenched too after the gameplay is changed around a bit? it is a really cool map with a great theme, something very different from the usual historic, geographic, etc. also it seems fitting to replace one great epic with another.

Re: Player Colors in "Leave Rating"

I agree Neon Peon, but I, like most people, rate according to the person's politeness in the chat and also their gameplay. It is also sometimes difficult to remember who missed a few turns, etc.

Truth be told, a game of Risk is not enough time to formulate a good opinion of anyone, so ratings are ...

Player Colors in "Leave Rating"

A player's color should be included in the "Leave Rating" area. This would make it easier to rate people in big multiplayer games, especially if you open many ratings tabs in firefox like i do.

maybe there could be a little more banner variety.

also, instead of A4, D3, etc., yo ucould give names like Elite Archers, Gatesmen or things like that
