The book Rambo is a masterpiece. The movie was good but compared to the book it missed the real conflict between John Rambo and the police guy (tesel?). Hamburger Hill was a good movie and surprised it slipped my mind :s

What adds to Platoon's cause is the fact some events in the film really happened which included the director the soldiers raping the girl and him stopping it, him firing shots at a villagers feet. We were soldiers had a point to make but unfortunately it was ruined a bit by Mel Gibson.(not dissing ...

The guys who dont like the BBC are those who think 'yay lets be anti establishment!!!' without really understanding what they themselves are on about....least from what I have read so far in this thread :p

Personally I think the tv license is too steep. Eastenders is rubbish (bring back johnny allen!) ...neighbours will never be as good as it once was. And the News well I happen to like the news ...although would like the service to be about everywhere and give stories that are not mainstream ...

I'm near Brighton in West Sussex, The snow is still falling although not as torrential as it was earlier. Everywehere is covered in it also every now and again it reverts back to loads falling horizontally.

I am from south of England and right now it is snowing like a blizzard...in the south east we dont usually get snow especially when its practically spring!!!! anyone else round here? or got strange weather stuff?

I think its bad show in principle...however this is a game of winning by any legal means possible. I wouldnt do it but wouldn't scorn someone who did. Id just go out my way to hit the bad sportsmans armies (including if the intel was beneficial to me).
