Three or four bridges (realistically sited, e.g. Chelsea bridge, Millennium bridge) but otherwise impassable Thames

It was only an idea I had as to how to reduce the number of "waiting for players" games, feel free to add slight improvements to it! I had indeed forgotten about ignoring players who start multiple games with the same settings, thanks TaC.

To "join" players to games that are already awaiting players if the settings are identical in the two games.

Why is it the case that people can get varying amounts of armies to reinforce on the first turn? There are maps where everyone starts with, say, 12 or 13 territories, so if Player 1 takes one territory (out of 12) from Player 2, then P1 gets 4 extra armies and P2 only gets 3!
