I've ended up in a few games where there are some real jerks, both in chatting and in playing (deadbeat, intentional losses, etc)... many of these people have a LOT of negative feedbacks... is there a point where someone gets just cut off completely for too much bad feedback?

If you're playing assassin, and a player deadbeats (never shows up at all), misses their 3 turns and are out... does the person who was trying to kill that person automatically win?
