when you say clickable maps are you using the site clickys or the Greasemonkey tool? have you installed any new tools recently? what version of Firefox are you using? is either working ok without the other? My MapRank GL on the left side of the screen disappeared all together. I checked Greysemonkey top right and MapRank GL is there. Tried to reinstall it using the link in the user guide, but did not change anything.

can you see the BOB menu on the left? If so, is Auto BOB on? If it isn't, either turn it on or go into a game & click "Start BOB". If you don't have the menu, try uninstall/reinstall. Here is the install link:
